Marina Gentile graduated cum laude with a law degree from Sapienza University of Rome in 1993, with a thesis supervised by Professor Stefano Maria Bortone.
She started to work as a trainee lawyer in the law firm of Professor Bortone, practicing mainly in the area of criminal offenses against the public administration. In this period she also attended several legal courses.
In 1995 Ms. Gentile started to collaborate with Scoccini & Associati. Within the firm she is specifically occupied with matters involving contract law. She offers both advisory and litigation services.
In addition, Marina has a specific expertise in labour law and assists individuals, companies and associations in their daily issues concerning employment relationships. Furthermore, she has extensive experience with arbitration proceedings and from 2003 to 2005 she was President of the arbitration institution of the Small and Medium Enterprises Confederation.
