ENRICO SCOCCINI graduated cum laude with a law degree from the Sapienza University of Rome in 1974, with a thesis titled “Constitutional profiles of property” supervised by Professor Stefano Rodotà.
He collaborated with the same Professor Rodotà at the law faculty of Sapienza University, teaching civil law for four years. He also taught civil law, EU law, food and agricultural law at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, at the law school for graduates directed by Professor Adolfo di Majo, and at the Tuscia University of Viterbo.
In 1979 he founded the law firm Scoccini & Associati, based in Rome and Brussels, with a specific focus on domestic and international commercial and corporate law. The law firm offers both advisory and litigation services. In particular, Mr. Scoccini has extensive experience in EU law (competition law, transports, agricultural etc.).
Mr. Scoccini is associated with the European Lawyers Union , the UAE, and the International Union of Lawyers, the UIA.
