Amato was born in Formia (LT) on the 11 of May 1990. He obtained the scientific high school diploma in 2009, and he graduated with a law degree from Sapienza University of Rome on 8 march 2016 (final grade 100/110), with a thesis in Tax Law “ The Free Movement of Capital”.
He started his legal training in the April 2016 collaborating with Studio Legale Scoccini & Associati law firm.
In his work he focuses in particular on banking law, litigation and competition law.
